Summer Draw 2016

Join us in celebrating the summer of our 21st year of hospice care and you could win up to £2600 cash! I am sure that winning the top prize of £2000 would make for a special end to this summer for you and your family; but it will make it extra special to know you are making a difference to local people. The generosity we receive, in all shapes and forms, is essential in ensuring that the hospice is here for hundreds of local people each year and have reached this magnificent milestone of 21 years. Every ticket purchased will help to raise much needed funds.
Its easy to play the St Kentigern Hospice Summer Draw. We have sent our database of supporters 20 unique raffle tickets, giving everyone 20 chances to win! If you have not received any yet – there are more available – call the fundraising team on the number below! We will need receive your entries before the 26th September 2016, in order to process it before the draw on Friday 30th September 2016.
Every penny of profit from the tickets you buy will help provide palliative care to local people with life limiting illness 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, free of charge. We are aware that times are tough and there is no pressure to buy or sell all the tickets enclosed, anything you can do is hugely appreciated. The St Kentigern Hospice Lottery Draw is run by St Kentigern Promotions Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of St Kentigern Hospice Ltd. St Kentigern Promotions Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and without prior notice. Updated copies may be found on our web site www.stkentigernhospice.org.uk or by contacting St Kentigern Promotions Ltd on 01745 536027.
There are separate terms and conditions applying to the weekly lottery draw, which may be obtained from the website or lottery office.

Purchase of Tickets
The purchase price, together with details of the promoter, will be displayed on each ticket.
Under the Gambling Act 2005 players in the draw must be aged 16 or over. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 16 to enter the draw or win a prize. In the event that anyone under the age of 16 is entered into a draw, no prize will be awarded and the stake money refunded. St Kentigern Promotions Ltd reserves the right to ask any purchaser or prospective purchaser for proof of their age. Tickets may not be purchased for anyone under the age of 16.
Any individual player wishing to have more than 50 tickets may only do so with the prior consent of St Kentigern Promotions Ltd. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient contact details are recorded on the counterfoil retained by the promoter.

The date of the draw will be shown on each ticket. The breakdown of the prize fund will be detailed in promotional material and on the website. Winners will be notified by the organizers. A full list of the winning numbers can be obtained from the lottery office.

Any individual who feels that they cannot control their gambling may wish to exclude themselves from purchasing St Kentigern Hospice draw tickets. Requests for self exclusion should be made in writing to the St Kentigern Promotions Ltd. Such exclusions will be held in place for a minimum period of 6 months. Any subsequent entry in a draw is at the discretion of St Kentigern Promotions Ltd.
Any complaint about St Kentigern Promotions Ltd should be addressed to the Lottery Manager. If a complaint remains unresolved then the player may contact the Independent Betting Adjudication Service who will act as arbitrators.
Information provided by purchasers is shared with St Kentigern Hospice Ltd who will record the information on their data base unless requested otherwise. If individual wishes not to receive future mailings of Bumper Draw tickets only then please contact the Hospice.
In the event of the insolvency of St Kentigern Promotions Ltd, players are not guaranteed to receive the return of any payments made.
