Local Business Fitness Awards (LBFA)

£50Fancy a challenge this March.
Our friends Adam and Dan at Commando X Fit Wales are hosting the Conwy 2018: Local Business Fitness Awards (LBFA) on 1st March. They are looking for teams of 4 from local businesses to come and challenge themselves at Eirias Park. Teams will be faced with a challenging yet fun hour of physical activity around a huge circuit. Each slot is £50 per team.
Members of the hospice team will also be down there setting teams the challenge of conquering the inflatable assault course.
This fun team building opportunity. If you have more than 4 – why not enter two teams and compete against each other?!
