Gallwn  bellach barhau i gynnig gofal rhagorol i’r gymuned – y gofal a roddwyd gennym am 25 mlynedd, a hynny i fwy o gleifion, mewn  stafelloedd cymwys, pwrpasol

Yn ystod eich ymweliad,  cewch gyfarfod â’r staff, gofyn cwestiynau, a chael cyngor ynglŷn â’r gofal a’r gefnogaeth sydd ar gael yn yr Hosbis

This means that we can continue to offer more patients the quality care that we have provided to the local community for the last 25 years in a new state of the art hospice fit for the future.

During your visit you will be able to meet staff, ask questions and get advice about the care and support we offer at the hospice
