Step into a world of wonder and magic with our Enchanted Midsummer Twilight Trek!

Join St Kentigern Hospice on Saturday, June 29th, for an unforgettable evening filled with enchantment and community spirit.

As the sun begins to set, embark on a 10km sponsored walk through the ethereal landscapes surrounding St. Asaph. With every step, immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of a midsummer’s night, where the air is alive with anticipation and mystery.

At our pre-party prepare to be captivated by a host of magical performers and enchanted acts that will transport you to a realm of fantasy and delight. From mystical creatures to spellbinding illusions, every moment of the evening promises to be filled with wonder and awe.

We strongly encourage you to join in the theme of this twilight trek by dressing up as your favourite enchanted creature. Fairies, pixies, elves, flowers and mystical beings all welcome!

Event details:

This event is an 10km circular walk beginning and ending at St Asaph Football Club, Roe Plas Meadow, St Asaph LL17 0SU.

Extremely limited parking is available onsite, please use surrounding car parks and car share where possible.

Pre event party will include magical performances, face painting, refreshments and entertainment. Entry to this party is open to non-participants and families free of charge.

Entry fees

£5 Early bird entry runs until 23:30 Sunday 28th April

Fees from 29th April – £15 adult, £10 under 12 years

Online ticket sales will end 23:30 Thursday 27th June, on the day entries will be allowed dependent on entries however, we strongly advise booking in advance.

Running order:

4:00pm – 5:30pm : Pre-party (open to non-participants and families)

5:30pm – 6:30pm : Check in open

6:45pm – 7:00pm : Warm up

7:00pm : Walk begins
