What are the Coronation Champions Awards?
Launched by the Royal Voluntary Service in partnership with Her Majesty The Queen Consort, the Coronation Champions Awards celebrates the contribution of the UK’s incredible volunteers.
Volunteers from all backgrounds and communities across the UK can be nominated for an award across 8 different categories. What’s more, some of the volunteers will be invited to attend events taking place to celebrate Their Majesties’ Coronation such as the Windsor Castle Coronation Concert or a Coronation Garden Party.
You have until 23.59pm on Sunday 2 April, 2023 to submit your nomination.
Who can be nominated for a Coronation Champions Award?
St Kentigern Hospice invites you to nominate volunteers over the age of 14 who have positively impacted their local community or overcome adversity within the last five years in one of the below categories:
- Supporting older people
- Supporting young people and children
- Crisis and welfare
- Community
- Sports, culture and heritage
- Health and care
- Sustainability and the environment
- Animal welfare
Help celebrate the amazing contributions volunteers have made in your local community by nominating a volunteer for a Coronation Champions Award. Winners could be in with a chance to attend events taking place to celebrate Their Majesties’ Coronation such as the Windsor Castle Coronation Concert or a Coronation Garden Party.
