Golfers at Abergele and Prestatyn have helped raise a fantastic £21,244 for St Kentigern Hospice, supporting care for local patients and their families.
The two golf days, held on Friday 18 September, brought together 50 teams in support of the hospice. At Abergele, 35 teams helped raise £15,870, while 15 teams at Prestatyn raised £5,374.
Behind those totals is a community of people choosing to make a difference. From entering a team to supporting the fundraising, every contribution helped turn a day on the course into something with a lasting impact.
Supporting care close to home
At St Kentigern Hospice, we support people living with life-limiting illnesses and those close to them. Our care extends beyond managing symptoms: it includes emotional, practical and spiritual support, helping patients and families through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Community fundraising helps make this possible. The money raised through these golf days will support our work, helping us continue to provide compassionate care for people across our local area.
