St Kentigern Hospice would like to thank all who supported and were involved with our 2022 Light Up A Life Campaign to celebrate the lives of those special to us. We are so grateful that so many people continue to support their local Hospice through Light Up A Life. This campaign is offered every single year and is a staple in our events calendar.
To join in, people could either dedicate a light on our Tree Of Lights, our Virtual Tree, or you may have attended one of our Light Up A Life services.
We started our Light Up A Life Campaign at Abergele Town Hall at the end of November. We were joined by the Beulah Brass Band for festive carols, mince pies and a beautiful service.
It was a lovely evening to celebrate loved ones who are no longer with us and to feel the love and joy they inspire in us daily. It is such a special way to start the festive season, and we’re so thankful to Abergele Council for allowing us to hold this service at the Town Hall year after year.
Our Tree of Lights continues to shine year after year, thanks to the wonderful support of our community. This year, you helped us raise £6,229.53 towards the Hospice, which helps us provide support and services to the most vulnerable in our community. It costs £5,350 per day to run the Hospice:
