Get ready for an unforgettable day of laughter, teamwork, and a little bit of friendly chaos—It’s a Knockout is officially back!

Join us on 15th August 2026 at Colwyn Bay Rugby Club. Gather your team, rally your friends, and prepare to take on the challenge. With eight action-packed games—including two hilarious costume rounds—this is your chance to compete, get messy, and make incredible memories, all while supporting a great cause.

What to Expect

Enjoy 3–4 hours of high-energy fun in teams of 8–10 people. Open to ages 18+, it’s the perfect opportunity to bond, laugh, and embrace the chaos together. Many of the games use bright and colourful inflatable obstacles. Everyone in every team is given the opportunity to take part in every game. It’s A Knockout Olympics brings together people of all ages and abilities to have some fun and games.

Information Sheet

This gives lots of useful information about the games. Everyone in every team will be given the opportunity to take part in all the games if they want to participate. Everyone should read this.

The course has 8 different inflatable challenges testing teamwork, balance, speed and fun! Expect obstacle runs, slides and wipeout-style games where you’ll climb, jump and race your way through. It’s energetic, competitive and you will definitely get soaked!

Teams are ideally made up of 8–10 people, but if you don’t have enough, please get in touch with our fundraising team on 01745 536021 or email fundraising@stkentigernhospice.org.uk and a member of our team will advise. We’re happy to pair individuals or smaller groups together so everyone can take part!

Yes! Food will be available from our very own Caffi Cariad team, and the bar will be open in the clubhouse throughout the event. For those taking part, alcohol won’t be permitted during the activities for health and safety reasons, but you can definitely enjoy a celebratory drink (or two)

There’s also a Fundraising Champion title up for grabs! The team that raises the most sponsorship will be crowned winners off the field.

Each team will set up a JustGiving page, and the competition begins as soon as your page goes live. With a live leaderboard tracking progress, the excitement starts well before the big day.

There are lots of ideas you could use to fancy dress your team up. Superhero’s, Gangsters, Skool Kids, Army/Forces, Hawaiian,  Romans, Bunny Girls, Devil’s, Zombie’s, Mad Chef’s, 70’s/80’s Retro or, just printed T-shirts.
