Local legal practice continues support of Local hospice care

St Asaph based legal firm, John Owens Solicitors, pride themselves in serving at the heart of the community, and will be aiding their community in a number of ways in partnership with their local hospice.

A huge part of hospice care involves the wellbeing of patients and their families, both clinically, emotionally and social support. As part of this wonderful partnership, the team will be getting involved with hospice life on a monthly basis offering a drop in clinic as part of the hospice ‘Carers Morning’. Carers’ morning is held on the first Friday of every month on a drop in basis. An expert from John Owens will be on hand for confidential guidance on legal matters that may arise during ill health and hose that families using the hospice may require.

‘Patients and their families face so many difficulties and uncertainties and desperately need sympathetic guidance, advice and reassurance. To be part of the culture of care and humanity at St Kentigern’s Hospice is an inestimable privilege’ John Owen, John Owens Solicitors

On separate note, and in addition, as great supporters of the hospice, the firm are also pledging to make a donation to St Kentigern for each Will made when individuals reference the partnership. People who are looking to make a Will and would like the added bonus of a donation being made to the hospice should visit the hospice website to download a registration card, www.stkentigernhospice.org.uk For each Will made, John Owens Solicitors will be generously donating £20 to St Kentigern Hospice

This fantastic partnership will have great benefits for the hospice, patients and their families, both financially through the service donations, and also offering that peace of mind associated with professional guidance. We are thrilled to be able to offer this additional service to people accessing our services in times of need. Laura Parry, Fundraising Manager St Kentigern Hospice
