An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen at St Kentigern Hospice. We are seeking to appoint a Matron who will be a member of the Executive Management Team contributing to both the strategic direction of the hospice and the day to day Clinical management of the inpatient unit, out patient services (Well-being Hwb) and the Family Support team.

The role requires an inspirational, innovative and visible leader, with the vision to develop services and meet our strategic aims as set out in our Strategic 5 year plan 2023-2028.

Experience in a leadership role is essential as the role requires management of a full multi-disciplinary team.
